More than 80 dedicated staff committed to the success and fulfilment of every pupil.
Behind every pupil who grows, learns and flourishes is a team of dedicated professionals. Teachers, nursery assistants, administrative, technical, student affairs and support staff combine their skills to provide a caring, stimulating and secure environment where everyone can grow with confidence.

Dear pupils, dear parents, dear members of staff, dear partners,
For more than twenty years, École Paul & Virginie has grown and evolved with one constant ambition: to enable every child to learn, grow and flourish in a caring, stimulating environment open to the world.
Our school ensures that solid foundations are passed on, while giving pupils the opportunity to experiment and to develop their skills, curiosity and independence. Languages, culture, sport, nature and openness to others are all fully part of this vision of education.
We also give essential attention to the well-being of every child, to their safety and their personal growth, so that they can make progress and build self-confidence throughout their journey.
This ambition is carried forward every day by the commitment of our teams and by the relationship of trust built with families and our partners.
Together, we bring to life a school that supports every child, helping them find their place and build their future.
Sandra Rabier,
Headteacher of École Paul et Virginie

The administrative team ensures the leadership and smooth day-to-day running of the school. Management, administration, student affairs, human resources, accounting, communication, IT and operations work together to support pupils, families and teaching teams throughout the year.

From Nursery to Year 5, the teaching team supports pupils in their learning and personal development. Teachers, nursery assistants, English and PE instructors, substitute teachers, the librarian, the nurse and special-needs (EBEP) support staff each contribute, in their own role, to every pupil's journey and follow-up.

Present every day, the technical and maintenance team ensures a clean, functional and welcoming environment for the whole school community. Coordinators, multi-skilled staff and cleaning staff contribute to the smooth running of the premises and to the quality of the school's living environment.
Because teaching practices are constantly evolving, ongoing training holds an essential place. Throughout the year, the teams take part in training courses, exchanges of practice and support sessions that allow them to enhance their skills and to offer pupils teaching that is ever better suited to their needs.
